By placing an order with Roses By Rojan ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to the following terms:

2. Products All floral arrangements are handcrafted and may vary slightly from images shown on our website. Flower varieties and colours may be substituted based on seasonal availability while maintaining the overall style and value of the arrangement. Product information is provided in accordance with UAE Consumer Protection Law.
3. Pricing All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at the time of order is the price you will be charged.
4. Orders Orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if we are unable to fulfil it, in which case a full refund will be issued promptly.
5. Payment We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and dispatched. All transactions are processed securely.
6. Delivery Delivery is subject to our Shipping Policy. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic, weather, or incorrect information provided by the customer.
7. Perishable Goods Flowers are living, perishable products. Their lifespan depends on care and environmental conditions after delivery. We are not responsible for deterioration caused by improper care after delivery. Care instructions are provided with each order.
8. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. Our policies are in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 5 of 2023 on Consumer Protection.
9. Data Protection We collect and process personal data in accordance with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021). Your data is used solely to process and fulfil your order. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
10. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including images, text, and branding, is the property of Roses By Rojan and may not be reproduced without written permission.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
