Delivery Area We currently deliver within Dubai, UAE.
Same-Day Delivery We offer same-day delivery on orders placed before our daily cut-off time. The cut-off time is displayed at checkout and may vary depending on demand and delivery slot availability. We recommend ordering as early as possible to secure your preferred delivery window.
Scheduled Delivery You may select a preferred delivery date and time slot at checkout. While we make every effort to deliver within your chosen window, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to traffic and operational factors.
Delivery Charges Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location within Dubai. All charges are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or restricted access, we will contact you to arrange an alternative. Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
Order Tracking Once your order is out for delivery, our team will contact you via WhatsApp or phone to confirm the delivery.
Important Note on Flowers As flowers are perishable, we cannot be held responsible for quality issues arising from delays caused by incorrect address information provided at checkout or recipient unavailability.
