Delivery Area

We deliver across the UAE. Same-day delivery is available within Dubai. Delivery to other emirates can be arranged, with a charge based on the delivery location — contact us on WhatsApp to arrange it.

Same-Day Delivery (Dubai)

Order by 7 PM for same-day delivery within Dubai, subject to delivery slot availability. Orders placed after 7 PM are delivered on the next available day. We recommend ordering early to secure your preferred delivery window.

Scheduled Delivery

You can choose a preferred delivery date and time slot in your cart before checkout. While we make every effort to deliver within your chosen window, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to traffic and operational factors.

Delivery Charges

Delivery within Dubai is charged by area, up to a maximum of AED 60, and is free on orders over AED 350. Delivery to other emirates is charged based on location. The exact fee is shown at checkout or confirmed with you before delivery. All charges are in UAE Dirhams (AED), inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or restricted access, we will contact you to arrange an alternative. Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order is out for delivery, our team will contact you via WhatsApp or phone to confirm the delivery.

Important Note on Flowers

As flowers are perishable, we cannot be held responsible for quality issues arising from delays caused by incorrect address information or recipient unavailability.
