We offer same-day delivery across Dubai for orders placed before our daily cutoff time (shown at checkout), with scheduled delivery also available. Delivery fees and estimated times are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location. Returns & Refunds

Because our flowers are fresh, perishable, and made to order, we can't accept general returns for a change of mind — but if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from what was described, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.
