Delivery

We deliver across the UAE. Same-day delivery is available within Dubai for orders placed by 7 PM, and you can schedule a delivery date and time slot in your cart. Delivery within Dubai is up to AED 60 and free on orders over AED 350; delivery to other emirates is charged based on location. Returns & Refunds

Because our flowers are fresh, perishable, and made to order, we can't accept general returns for a change of mind — but if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from what was described, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.
